my car is a mk5b RS 2000 escort 4x4 which is fair rare today .i am looking for a good body shop if anybody know of one or someone cheers jason

click the host an image button above the quick reply text box where you type your message that will open a box. then just click browse that will bring up your documents/pics etc on your computer and then you just select the pic your looking for on your pc and then click open then host image

you could try using photobucket thats pretty easy to use you upload your pics on there and save them once theyre on there youll get some codes to use in forums you click on the one that says img code and paste it into the text box on this forum
